You require a computer or a tablet-like an iPad with an updated web browser to benefit from our online tutoring and problem-solving sessions. It will not be possible on a mobile phone as the screens of mobile phones are too small to facilitate learning in real-time. A solid and stable internet connection is also a must-have. We recommend a high-speed broadband connection to have the best experience during the session.

We use an online whiteboard using which the tutor explains the concepts to students and help them solve problems in real-time. The online whiteboard has audio, video, and file-sharing features that allow the interaction between the student and the tutor. It requires you to be using a stable and robust internet connection to get the best out of the session.

Video recording is not possible as of now from our end. You can record the session on your device if there is a system for that. We can provide you with the screenshots, though, and that is enough in most cases.

We ensure that our tutors have devices that meet the hardware and software requirements for conducting the tutoring sessions. Additionally, we require them to work using a high-speed broadband connection. So, it is improbable that you were not able to. However, if we notice or find any issues on the tutor’s side, we will investigate further and take suitable action.

If the problem is at your side, we will not be in a position to refund the total amount to you. We may refund part of the fee depending on the situation.

Suppose you cancel the online tutoring or problem-solving session more than 48 hours before the start of the session. In that case, we shall refund the entire amount to you. If you cancel the session with less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours remaining, we shall deduct 10% of the fees and refund the rest of the amount to you. However, if you cancel the session with less than 24 hours, we shall deduct 20% of the payment and refund the rest of the amount to you. Please note, if you don’t cancel the session but don’t attend it, we shall deduct 50% of the fees and refund the rest of the amount to you. You shall contact us by WhatsApp for any session cancellation requests.

Suppose you reschedule the online tutoring or problem-solving session more than 48 hours before the start of the session. In that case, we shall reschedule the session free of any charge. If you reschedule the session for less than 48 hours, we shall request an extra payment of 15% of the fees paid as rescheduling charges. We can’t guarantee the same tutor for all the rescheduling requests. If we do not have any tutors at your preferred time, please contact us by WhatsApp. We will cancel the session.

If you don’t reschedule the session but don’t attend it, we shall deduct 50% of the fees and refund the rest of the amount to you.
