Serving as a Customer Care Executive at My Engineering Buddy has been an incredibly rewarding experience. Acting as the connection point between students and the right tutors allows me to help students achieve their academic goals in a straightforward, hassle-free manner.

MEB has taught me a lot about handling various client situations and resolving their issues efficiently. Every day, I focus on addressing student concerns in a simple yet effective way, aiming to leave them satisfied and confident in our services. When students succeed due to the help they’ve received from our team of qualified tutors, it feels like my own personal win.
