Being a Customer Care Executive at My Engineering Buddy is more than just a job for me—it’s an opportunity to truly impact students’ lives. Over the past year, I’ve refined my communication and problem-solving skills by helping students connect with the right tutors and resolve their academic queries. Patience and attentive listening are my strengths, and they allow me to understand each student’s concerns and address them effectively.
I remember the difficulties I faced in college when searching for the right Math teacher, which is why I’m proud to be part of an organization that genuinely cares about improving students’ experiences. It’s incredibly fulfilling to know that, by guiding learners toward the best resources, I’m helping them overcome their challenges and find greater success in their studies.
